    Unable to patch/install FFXIV with win10

    I keep getting unable to download patchfiles [30413][20496] errors. I have done everything everyone suggested from turning off firewalls to win7 compatible mode etc. I cannot get FFXIV to patch at all, thus rendering me unable to play at all.
