Lol this thread reminds me of 1.0 where you could basically take anything from any other class. But you had set points so you could only have a certain number of skills. That was my favourite thing about 1.0.

On topic:
Paladin:
Dark arts and dark mind, some much needed magic defence on PLD.
Defiance, since there's nothing that says you can't have shield oath and defiance on at the same time for -20% damage taken +25% hp and healing recieved (clemency is love) for -45% damage dealt. True tank mode.
Berserk, basically opposite of above with sword oath and fight or flight.
Esuna, remove my own pacification and other debuffs.
