So I had this problem 3 weeks ago and I'm not the only one having it, some people on my FC noticed it as well.

Before showing the video, I tested the game with new install in 2 different PCs and same problem occurs.

PC1 _ i7 2600 _ gtx 550 ti _ Windows 7 64 Ultimate

PC1 _ i7 4770 _ gtx 960 _ Windows 8.1 64 Pro

Please Devs, don't ignore, at least comment or say that you're working a fix, the problem happens on all setting with both DX9 and DX11.

I don't know why they sent it to 'Resolved Issues'

I've posted the same issue in Japanese forums they answered fast but then they closed it because their forum for Japanese only.........
