Maybe it's me but I'm trying to follow your thoughts here.

It has nothing to do with any abilities, cause even before we can start a trial or dungeon, people ask to kick them out o.O

On topic:

Can't say much on my side since I'm mainly the Tank, and.. no matter what the game throw at me, I'll do my best until the end.

I've got some of the best time playing this game when, where everyone thinks we'll be doomed, 9 Mins left on the timer, we give it one last shot.. and.. we SUCCEED!

That is what gives the thrill of the battle, and to enjoy a good time, with people from all over the world.

Now if some starts to behave like kiddies, and begins to swear/abuse/whatever, there is a report button.

As some have stated here: Time management. You know a Dungeon "can" last 90 mins, so you should have time set for it.

You have real-life issues? Well then, leave by yourself, cause you won't be in front of your computer for 30min because of.. "REAL" life issues anyway.

And in my case, since I'm tank and my GF will soon join forces as Healer.. to replenish a DPS, fair enough, it shouldn't be long.

Let's all Grow up; it's only a dungeon, we'll get our rewards and duty done, like a team all over the world.

Come on guys, let's enjoy this game! (ok except the stupid side quests, now I hate moogles >.< )
