Housing Glamor?

I'm not 100% sure what they're refereed to since I can't find a lot of information on it.

But the workshops in FC houses let you turn your house into an item shop or a clothing shop or a restaurant or a weapons shop.

I went wandering around my ward and I could find none of these glamor/shop things anywhere. I looked it up and I only really found photos. How does the shop glamor work? Does it just change the appearance of your house, or does it change how the house functions (ie people prompted to buy items made by crafters in the FC as soon as they step on the plot)?

Our FC is strongly considering getting the restaurant glamor, so I'm really curious.

All it does is create an item that fills all slots and if you want to change back you simple fill all the slots with normal parts (wall, door etc). Doing this destroys the glamour item and you will have to create a new one in the workshop.

It doesn't actually turn it into a shop? Aww.

You've got to build all the parts in your workshop and it replaces everything like Raxxon mentioned.

They should really allow us to build whatever shape /style we want from scratch.
no choice in FFXIV housing at all.. copy paste from one persons home to the next. Same stuff , different layout thats it.
