
I already gave my suggestion concerning Bloodletter/Rain of Death resets back on page 3
I said no thx to having an 'ammo system' cuz I'd rather SE just tweak some stuff already in the Bard's toolkit...that and no more copy/pasting from Machinist to Bard.
Paladin:
-Replace Flash with holiest of holy's and add 50-100 potency
-put shield bash ogcd
-make riot blade a cone aoe and increase enmity
-increase shield oath enimty
-change sword oath to either increase potency by 50 or have a slashing buff by 10%
-change shield bash animation to a larger smashing effect
Monk:
-increase Grease lightning to 16
-gain a stack of chakra every time you enter courel form after obtaining gease lightning 3
-increase arm of the destroyer potency to 100-120 or change it to a long range single target orb or blast wave ogcd or just out of form shifting.
Bard:
-Reduce casting time to 0.5
-increase proc rate in general
-reduce barrage cooldown to 60 sec's
-reduce raging strikes to 90 sec's
-either increase quick nock potency to 150 or reduce tp to 120. Or make it a seperate ogcd with a proc from wide volley
Machinist
-improve proc rate to anywhere above 65%

I'd only really like to see the second point implemented, the other 2 will be a nice bonus. Another thing I'd like to add is make some other oGCD moves grant a stack too, like Elixir Field and Internal Release for example. And make Meditation grant 5 stacks immediately and be on a cooldown, like Warriors Infuriate.Monk:

Well yeah the whole point of casting times for bards were because mages were jealous of our speed right? Yeah I'm looking at you director and/or producer who mains blm. I noticed alot of changes were made to boost blm while bringing other casters into the gutter. You want to stop bards from moving fine but 1.5 seconds is bs. Only anytime below 1 second is fair. The rest of the points were to make combat smoother. The enimity system in general is off balance imo. A good dragoon can steal aggro from a drk. Thankfully not too many good dragoons lol. I also agree with adding a system for bards to save up multiple bloodletter procs. Some of these animations are boring. For example riot blade is just a poke. I would rather it be a full sword thrust. I am currently working towards all DOW classes to 60 and i can only speak for those classes. I know about DOM, but i wont speak about them unless i get them to 60 which is unlikely.
