It means we aren't addicted.

Look at slot machines, they have zero what we would call content yet the people throw whole buckets of tokens in them because of the "reward mechanics".

Hopefully SE will continue to stay clear of such "tactics". At most, release smaller, more frequent patches so players will only be bored for short contiguous intervals.

Edit2: Wow, I just made the observation that SE isn't (extensively) using Skinner Box techniques to keep us playing and it ... Fanboys. /sigh
