Hopefully SE will continue to stay clear of such "tactics". At most, release smaller, more frequent patches so players will only be bored for short contiguous intervals.

There's a lot of things to do in this game that keeps me busy. Ive been playing for a year and I'm far from being bored yet.

Except this isn't a conversation you are having with your buddy on the street. This is you holding a rally in the square (well more like standing on a box in the square trying to get people to listen) telling everyone within the sound of your voice that they are bored and perhaps its a good thing.
