Party Finder hates my comments

I transfered from Zalera to Ultros 5 days ago and since than cannot create a Party Finder . I get the message "Unable to process Party Finder comment" everytime no matter what i put in the comment box. I have reported this in game twice under bug and didnt hear anything but a 'thanks for reporting'. This doesn't help me individually. So i tried under harassment to talk to someone and instead they sent me here i just want to create parties. This sucks

EDIT: i can create a Party Finder group as long as there is no comment. So i made one without a comment and went in to try editing the comment and still got "Unable to process Party Finder comment" :/

EDIT again: so apparently you cant use the letter/number combination 'ps4' in party finder. It gives "Unable to process Party Finder comment" for some stupid reason. Thnx -_-
