I mean do you really go into a dungeon with the idea: "Ahhh in 20 mins I can go to the next"?

Yes. I don't have nine hours a day to play, and I certainly don't have 40 minutes to waste on a dungeon that can be done in 15-20 if everyone is doing their job properly. If you only do one dungeon a day, sure, knock your socks off, but if you have five roulettes lined up and they all take twice as long as they should because of laziness...
