Lazy players in dungeons.

I can sympathise with the Dragoons who are trying to eat and dungeon run at the same time, keeping BotD up one handed is hard to almost impossible if you're a console/gamepad player like me.

But if you're just "Bah it's only a trash mob, Phfff It's only a DUNGEON Boss, and I haz raidz gear, respect me peons!!" then they give all Dragoons bad names. BotD is the key to our post 60 damage out put, if you can pull it off you always should. There's no excuse for not going all out, ESPECIALLY if you're a high level raider. If I had the full i200 Alexander gear, I don't care if I'm fighting a lvl 1 dormouse, I'd be going all out as a player of that level should. I don't claim to be perfect, after the 20th dungeon of the day I get combat tired and sloppy too. But Lazy is Lazy. And if I'm not mistaken threatening to report someone is against the ToS Agreement as well under the Anti-Harassment clause.

Yeah. No excuse for laziness. I'm one of those benevolent, 'I'm watching you' healers who keeps track of who isn't dodging/pulling their weight and quietly speaks with my pocket tank through FC chat. If we both notice the same dps has become an anchor I usually will say something. The amount of times I get the old 'lol sorry I'm eating/watching a football game/have my kid on my lap/am talking to my friend' as an excuse for why someone can't be asked to dps/dodge appropriately is laughable. I don't have much sympathy for that sort of thing. The flip side of my healer personality tells me to let them die but I usually won't and I've rarely ever dropped a party. However I'd totally kick someone who went on a 'RAWR I AM RAIDING MASTER CLASS ELITE. BOW TO MY GLORY' rant. Probably after letting them die just to make sure they got the message.

Counterpoint: DPS queues aren't so atrocious for expert roulette that you can't eat before you queue.

Also, BOTD should be considered a standard self-buff for DRG at 60, alongside HT. Giving up Geirskogul is actively making you worse in every possible way for no good reason.

Cant argue there, but its always my luck that I've just sat down to eat when the cue drops. And I sure aint going to sit anouter hr for a second cue when I can finish eating before we're finished with the dungeon. The only buff I have trouble keeping up is HT, but I havn't compleatly mastered the new rotation yet. I'm working on it but usually forget to use HT for keeping BotD up.

I have ran with a few bad DRGs. I don't know the HW moves too well, but I know it's bad when it's obvious I am the only one doing a decent amount of damage as a BRD..... I have also ran with DRG that wreck everything in their path leaving me in the dust. The most annoying ones though are the ones who only do single target attacks when it's a mob of enemies with 4 or more. You have aoes for a bloody reason.

You have your own temper as well judging that every players need to perform a perfect rotation in a way that you dropped the dungeons causing inconvenience to the other two players who probably doesnt even give a damn about the bickering even though they are doing nice and good..

I'm sorry, but being lazy is never an excuse. I am a DRG as well and BOTD is now the very core of the job, whether they like it or not. Also, and in the words of said player, their rotation is "flawless", which I found insulting, to say the least.

what has using a gamepad to do with keeping up a buff that is fueled by simply doing your rotation?

Their laziness was probably an excuse for not knowing their drg rotation. Btw I think you can type item codes into chat and it appears as a linked item so he was either talking out his ass or has a very upset raid team. Regardless you should have just said you pity their raid team for having him and kicked him.
