FW had a Vampire class as a headliner which was a magical DPS/debuff like class with semi-healing capabilities.
If it's like that then sure but the game has plenty of DPS right need and we need some CC/debuff/Warlock classes already.

It's final fantasy.
Not vampire diaries

Yes, the Bravely Default class was a substitute for the Blue Mage class there.
You may be surprised to learn that vampires have had a rich history before recent films and tv series made them stock romance characters. That history includes literary classics and video games. In fact a vampire worked as an important storyline boss in Final Fantasy (1987) and female vampires turned up as enemies in Final Fantasy II (1988) and IV (1991).
The original vampire diaries book series began in 1991, two months after the release of FFIV and the tv series began airing in 2009.
So what's your point?
I dont think it should be a race neither a class, it should be a permenent buff gaind by doing a sidequest line or something for vamparism and to remove the buff one should do another quest for removing it or talking to a npc for services on vamparism

samurai is next in my opinion

Here's why this won't work, having your HP lower to make your skills hit harder won't work. Have a SCH healer? Eos/Selene is going to absolutely ruin your dps.
Aspected Helios, Medica II, any aoe heals going out is going to screw you over.

You obviously don't know how Souleater works then.
Only one Genome Ability relies on your HP lower...

There was a blood mage in Vanguard... it was actually fun.

Forsaken World made the vampire class kinda great, the cross weapon and all.
