Vampire Job Idea

Vampire would be easier to implement than Blue Mage since Yoshi feels Blue Mage would be hard to add to the game. Just have them learn all their Genome Abilities from quests and boom. Most awesomeness Blue Mage iteration ready to kick butt.

Yeah yeah, I know, but if you say a vampire, people will think in general, it's an immortal "race" that sucks blood, it's not a job.
I think if SE really gonna create this "vampire" class, it isn't going to be a story copied from Bravely Default, it's going to be a "vampire" in general.

They would go the Bravely Default route faster if they ever decided to implement this Job. Idc what iteration Blue Mage comes, I want the Job but I love Vampire iteration the best. Besides, this is FF. Anything can be turned into a Job. ANYTHING lol.

So... Vampire is like Blue Mage... But it's actually not like a Vampire at all; it doesn't suck blood, or die in sunlight, or even sparkle. So... why not just Blue Mage? Why bring "Vampire" into it in the first place?

We already have Dark Knight to appeal to folks looking for edgy dark darkness of the dark. And if Dark Knight just isn't enough, Blue Mage can certainly be edgy and dark without being a Vampire. Just look what they did with it in FFXI! Holy crap!

When I'm thinking vampire I'm thinking. Borrow from the lore, don't live by it.

It could be a cool healer class who steals blood from your enemies to use on your allies to heal them.
We really need a healer job that stands out because all the other white robes and sparkly effects all look alike.

hehe sense in a game with magic and moogles you're funny, but how does changing a waepon change your class too? That does not make sence. In fact warriors in reality used many different styles of weapons, not just one. How does holding onto a stick make one a black mage sence White mage also holds a stick as well. Anyways I'm all for new ideas. At least something might give them some inspiration on new stuff.
