I based this job on the Vampire class from Bravely Default, which functions as a Blue Mage with stat draining abilities, Blue Mages in general, and Castlevania. :B
Vampire (VMP)
Mixed Physical and Magic DPS

Important Stats: Strength for damaging skills (both Physical and Magical), TP for Physical skills, MP for Magical skills
Corrupted by the dark powers that lurk inside their soul crystal, Vampires can drain the stamina, magic, and even life from their victims, learning new skills and spells. The more the Vampire fights, the more powerful its Bloodlust becomes.
Special Mechanics
Bloodlust
While preforming certain Weapon Skills and Genome Abilities, the player will gain buffs called Bloodlust.
There are 3 levels of Bloodlust (Bloodlust I, Bloodlust II, and Bloodlust III) that the user can gain, being able to have all three at once.
Some abilities can only be used while under certain levels of Bloodlust, while others use up Bloodlust.
A player can only have one of each level of Bloodlust on them at a time.
*Note: Any skill that says "Can only be used under Bloodlust" means that the player must have at least one type of Bloodlust on them to use said skill.*
Genome Abilites
As Vampires fight, they can draw out and learn special skills called Genome Abilities.
Genome abilities are gained from fighting certain monsters through out Eorzea.
These monsters are cataloged in the Hunting Log (these monsters do not give exp or gil though).
In order to learn abilities, the Vampire must use Blood Thirst, Battle Thirst, or Magic Thirst at least once while battling a monster.
Vampires can only fight monsters from this log that are at the same level as they are.
Junction
While one Vampire can collect all Genome Abilites, they can't use them all.
They must equip or "Junction" them before they use them.
Junction slots are gained via leveling in place of gaining job skills.
When a Vampire level syncs, they can only use slots and Genome Abilites equipped in those slots that correspone with that level.
Genome Abilites (in alphebatical order)
- Absolute Terror: Physically damages and Stuns a selected target for 3 seconds. Potency of 120. Instant cast time. 30 second recast.
- Angel's Snack: Uses up all Bloodlust. Increases the user's Damage by 10% per Bloodlust for 30 seconds. The user cannot gain Bloodlust while this is in effect. Instant cast time. 180 second recast.
- Animating Wail: Uses up Bloodlust III. Increases the user's attack speed by 10% for 20 seconds. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.
- Aqua Regia: Uses up Bloodlust I. Magically Damages all enemies in a 5 yalm, frontal cone. Grants Bloodlust II. Potency of 100. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.
- Blaster: Paralyzes a selected target for 10 seconds. Instant cast time. 40 second recast.
- Curse: Uses up Bloodlust II. Increase the time on any debuff the user placed on a target by 10 seconds. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.
- Dragon Force: Can only be used under Bloodlust II. Increases the user's Critical Rate by 15% for 20 seconds. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.
- Dirty Breath: Magically damages a selected target and damages them over time for 21 seconds. Potency of 30. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
- Energy Burst: Uses up all Bloodlust. Magically Damages a selected target. Potency of 100 per Bloodlust used. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.
- Firestorm: Uses up Bloodlust II. Magically Damages all enemies with in 5 yalms of the user. Potency of 120. Instant cast time. 10 second recast.
- Hunger: Can only be used under Bloodlust I or II. Automatically grants the user the next level of Bloodlust. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.
- Lifebreak: Uses up Bloodlust III. Physically damages a selected target. Potency of 100, 200 if the user's HP is at 75% or lower, 250 at 50% HP or lower, 300 at 25% HP or lower. Instant cast time. 30 second recast.
- Lullaby: Places all enemies with in 5 yalms of the user to Sleep for 30 seconds. Instant cast time. 5 second recast.
- Malice: Magically damages and Silences a target for 1 second. Potency of 25. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.
- Memento Mori: Instantly grants maximum Bloodlust. Instant cast time. 120 second recast.
- Mighty Guard: Can only be used under Bloodlust I or higher. Places a barrier around the user that will absorb damage equal to 10% of their maximum HP. Instant cast time. 30 second recast.
- Mysterious Light: Damages all enemies with in 5 yalms of the user and places Blind on them for 12 seconds. Potency of 100. Instant cast time. 5 second recast.
- Netherspikes: Places a barrier on the user that damages any enemy that attacks them for 30 seconds. Potency of 40. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.
- Nocturnal Servitude: Uses up Bloodlust III. Resurrects a fallen target to a weakened state (can be used during battle). 4 second cast time. 20 second recast.
- Occultation: Switches the user's MP and TP via their percentages. Instant cast time. 240 second recast.
- Shockwave Pulsar: Can only be used at Bloodlust III. Magically damages a seleted target. Potency of 100. Instant cast time. 120 second recast.
Combo: Dark Harvest > Shockwave Pulsar: Potency of 390.
- Terror Touch: Uses up Bloodlust I. Increases Damage done onto a selected target by 10% for 15 seconds. Afterwards, the target cannot be affected by Terror Touch for 30 seconds. Instant cast time. 80 second recast.
- Transfusion: Magically connects the user to a selected party member, granting said party member all absorbed HP/TP/MP or self-placed buffs via Genome Abilites for 10 seconds. Instant cast time. 120 second recast.
- Vanish: Causes enemies to ignore the user but lowers their movement speed by 25%. Does not effect enemies that are 10 levels or higher then the user. Cannot be used in combat. Instant cast time. 50 second recast.
- White Wind: Heals a selected target. Uses the user's Attack Power. Potency of 450. Instant cast time. 120 second recast.

40. Dark Feast: When the user preforms a Critical Hit with Blood Thirst, Battle Thirst, and/or Magic Thirst, double the amount of HP/TP/MP absorbed.
44. Bloodrose: Adds a 20% chance that when the user gains Bloodlust III, their Attack Speed will increase by 10% for 15 seconds.
48. Monster Within: Adds a 15% chance when a Genome Ability is used, its TP/MP cost will be halved.
