    A proposed change to Bulwark to make Paladin more relevant.

    In the current content DRK holds an edge in magic based encounters as well as a DPS lead over the Paladin.

    In an effort to compensate for the Paladins lack of competitive DPS and magic mitigation I propose this change to the Bulwark skill.

    Bulwark: For 15s the block rate is increased by 60% and the shield is imbued with a magic barrier allowing it to intercept magic damage.
