Speculation on player races

I just wished ffxiv didn't humanize all their races. Au Ra could've done with more scales, Mi'qote could've been furrier instead of being a hyur with different eyes and ear placement. Roes and lalas are different enough to fit their supposed giant / tiny people races.

Au Ra and Mi'qote aren't terrible by any means, they just feel too close to having features that hyurs have and feel like they just slapped on ears/horns and a tail.

I meant that they were confirming either it was Vana'diel or Ivalice that wasn't on Hydaelyn. Since there's a few FFXII references here and there, as well as some monsters, that some people made that assumption.
