[Suggestion] Free Company housing feature

Hello,

Our Free Company's goal is to provide services to its members. We have thought about 1 tool that would make us more efficient and that would simplify leader's life. Something that I'd call a Free Company NPC.

Presently, we sell at low cost the products from the garden to our members. The online leaders are in charge of the transactions. We have the project to extend that service to many other items, but as there are only 3 pages in the chest and they are already full (with the gardening items, the materials used in the workshop, the materials needed for aetherial wheels, etc.) that means 1 leader will be in charge of the storage and the sales of those items. This obviously requires both seller and purchaser to be online and available at the same time, (which is quite difficult in an international FC as ours) or to be on each other's friend list (but the friend list is limited to 200 people only, so it's impossible for big Free Companies' members to get everyone in their friend list).

We would like a npc that would be able to store and sell items to our Free Company members only, similar to a retainer, but that could be managed by those who gets the permissions to do it (leaders) and that would only sell the items to our FC members (like the npc we already have at home) instead of on the market boards.
