i believe your rotation is different from what AlereRaeder posted. In the correct one you should always use 3 Impulsive Appraisals followed by Methodical Appraisal. Throw in 2x Utmost Caution and 1 Single Mind at any time during the first 3 Appraisals, then, if you had at least 1 Impulsive proc, you can use a second Single Mind otherwise use Discerning Eye for your final Methodical Appraisal.

if none of the impulsives proc you get 2x12 scrips, if 1 procs you get 3x12 scrips, if 2 or 3 proc you get 3x14 scrips. it should be better but again only slightly. maybe you can calculate the chances for this rotation too.

If there is a hidden collectable:

• Impulsive appraisal - If this doesn't proc a Discerning Eye, then continue with the "no GP rotation". If it does proc, continue:
• Single Mind
• Utmost Caution
• Methodical Appraisal
• Utmost Caution
• Impulsive Appraisal
• If Impulsive Appraisal procs a Discerning Eye, use Single Mind. Otherwise, use Discerning Eye
• Methodical Appraisl

The above will get you either 1 or 2 collects at purity level 8.

Actually I go on after the first "failed" Impulsive and hope for the second to proc before i give up. All you need is 1 proc for the rotation to work and given that you only have a 9% chance for 2 collectables anyway i'd better try one more and get at least one. I got terrible proc and "hidden" luck lately.
