Fending Accessories

I would love to be able to switch equipment during battle so those Fending Accessories would actually be useful on those nasty tank busters or oh shit moments. This would be a great addition to any job and would make it way more interesting than it is now by allowing other jobs to use other accessories that seem more useful for certain spells and or abilities.

They just need to add weaponskills where Vit is the biggest factor in damage.
