No? Unlike DPS, there is no mathematically optimal stat for healing because all that matters is using the right spells at the right times. Crit, det, SS, and piety have been and are 100% based on preference. The only real exception is SCH because of crit shields and even then, it's not like a SCH that stacks det and little crit can't clear or has a harder time doing so. The reason ASTs are stacking crit is due to the lack of emergency heals and chain-casting Benefic anyways, but again, it's not like it's any better or worse than a AST that stacks det.

Stats with current gear and level don't have much impact as with i130 at level 50. You can say it's comparable with i90 at level 50.
Doesn't mean you can't optimise if you wish.
Spellspeed right now has a small effect on HoTs. But as one stance doesn't use HoTs at all, spell speed isn't as valuable compared to piety, crit and det.
In a nutshell; you can't go wrong with piety and determination. Crit would potentially be better than spellspeed as both stances benefit from it, unlike Spellspeed - for all you Nocturnal sect haters, let's forget about personal opinions about the sect for this particular topic.
Tldr; piety/det >>> crit >> spellspeed
False it only effect damaging dots only it does not effect Healing effects (HoTs)
For me i just go
Wep > Mnd > Crit=Det >>>>>>>>>> Spell speed>>> Pie
If spell speed effect HoTs i would of place it first but it only effects DoTs only i try spell speed before on my last gear b4 esorterics and it did jack for my HoTs so i switch to Crit/Det instead
if spell speed does effect hots..... i barely even notice the increase because it is that bad
And im soo put off by the esorteric weapon... damn pie/spell speed ughhh..... so im waiting for relic instead i could get ravana wep if i wanted to but it will get upgraded too fast so i havent brought it with my tokens xD.... im carefully planning my character

3.00 Patch Notes
Though I have heard SpS and SkS add an extremely negligible amount to DoTs and HoTs (take with a grain of salt)Skilspeed and spellspeed now affect damage over time and healing over time effects.
