why the dev hasn't respond

I'm getting sick and tired of English speaking posters coming over all paranoid and thinking that there is so very much going on in Japanese that they cannot ever know about and then feeling hard done by because of that. You're creating your own hard feelings on baseless assumptions you are making about something.

exept before we had a report of the intervention of the dev from the japanese forum, when was the last time it was posted? often they post it because player do it before. i'm sorry to say that dev talk on the jap forum and it did become quite impossible to have any of this information bring back to any other forum that a bad thing, the communication with the whole community have become extremely bad over the last years and needed to be adressed. if for you is being paranoid.... what you want i say.

other point, it don't take them long to send feedback of the most talked subject on the english forum for get a quick answer.... it's not even the case anymore here. a lot of people say that the forum is bad because tons of subject is created, but believe me if the community manager was creating a subject for get a feedback it will be used, here people don't really use the search function and mostly only look the first page and since the english forum is used by the whole community (and not only the english/american people) you have a looooot of feedback there that are lost.

that don't take long to say: "the feedback was send to the dev. "
and if the dev have answer this: "here the answer the dev have give us on that matter."

it was done while the first years of ARR, but now.... is not the case anymore, they really need to work on the communication that have become quite bad, but i repeat myself there.

ps: people like to know that they was heard and before it reach 100+ page...
