when i first made my origanal post i check who was respond to the japenese and english have not been respond in 7 days, I felt that since all i seen negative post that are over complain and don't off general good feedback that i was make value point.
In the case of the English forums we did have a lot of positive, constructive criticism at the beginning, but communication is supposed to be two way. Without any response from the development team, many of the more affluent posters became increasingly frustrated with Yoshida and Co. In some cases it even felt as though they were adding features that ran counter to the more intelligent forum feedback. If there are design limitations that make addressing some player concerns unfeasible, the players need to know so they don't feel like their concerns are falling on deaf ears.
We had a thread talking about having multiple tiers of difficulty for raids about a year ago in response to Coil's difficulty, taking cues from World of Warcraft's "Wrath of the Lich King" expansion. The thread was positively gargantuan and overly positive towards the idea. We never received a single forum response from the development team whatsoever. There were similar threads relating to combat improvements and other concerns as well. No developer in sight, and all of us slowly realized we were talking to a brick wall. It's a case of SE saying one thing (that their community of supporters is important to them) and then doing another. They've earned a lot of ire from the Western community as a result of their own gross negligence.

I agree with silentwindfr and Fendred and Assirra, the community/forum managers should sticky important threads and direct people to one thread, locking repeats and moving threads to the correct forums. :B
You know what, Live Letter is coming up soon and i'm sure there well be a Q&A session. Why not ask them why they don't reply to the NA/EU thread as much.
it's almost a dead horse now, it was asked for years to have a communication at the same level than japanese, the trouble is it's seems the american needed to have the info checked before post a translation of what the dev say. then they seems to wait the japanese community manager to send a translated version that have receive the go from SE.... meaning we never get information, too much a hassle for this.
the worst is the have translator in them team, they can have us the information in less of a couple of hours.... but that not the priority for them.... until the community outside japan outnumber greatly the japanese one we will still be treated like second rate citizen... what i find rude.
