I up the ante, what if you get a bard NPC to travel with you so he can learn the music make it learn by percent the music of said dungeon/duty depending on how well did you clear it (if it dies, well you will have to repeat, basically an escort mission, level caped.

then he gives you the "partitur" when he reach 100% and using other stuff you craft the "disc" for the jukebox.

It was the live letter prior to the expansion launching but I can't for the life of me find a quote right now. I'm afraid you'll just have to take what I say as rumour for now.

Yoshi was talking about the fact that the housing team was off the Gold Saucer so they were free to get back to making new housing features but then they got sidetracked helping with the deadline crunch for launch so things got put back. I think the only new housing feature to make it into the expansion was the music boxes, whilst a bunch of things are now due to release with 3.1 instead. Hopefully we'll hear something about it in the live letter next week.

Ahh thanks for this info. I was kind of dissapointed with the lack of love for housing and furniture when the expansion dropped, and I know a large portion of my FC will be excited to hear this

I think enough content is tied behind dungeons as is. I would like to have a jukebox feature though.

I like this idea, though I'm waiting for the inevitable "SE needs to work on making housing accessible to EVERYONE before they add more features to it!" comment.

One that I couldn't have been arsed to do because I don't have sound on most of the time anyways.

But...

Unless the drop rate for reels is abysmally low, there'll be folks that have them all by the end of the first week so it's moot in "getting people into old content".
