Dev. Request: Permanent Use for Raid loot

I would like to be able to convert dungeon/raid/tome gear into materia so it has more use than just taking up space or giving a tiny amount of company seals.

We also need a way to craft materia slots into dungeon/raid/tome gears. More materias don't bring much if the ways to use them don't increase, too.
Or make it that those gears can be converted to rare materias, like during 1.2x where the only way to get a TP+ materia was by converting Ifrit weapons.
