    /Tell regarding glamour items and 20exp bonus

    Not sure where to put this...

    Just recieved a tell from "Winter Calex" informing me of the following...

    "Hello! Welcome to FFXIV. You can use this code: 4Z8GB68H6 for free glamour items and 20% bonus XP when you subscribe on Mog Station. Good Luck!"

    Is this legitimate? or a scammer?

    Sounds like someone's just trying to pawn off their recruitment code.
    So yes, it's legitimate, however I'd probably report them for unwarranted soliciting.

    Friend recruit codes are 8 characters long while the code given here is 9 characters long. Either way, sounds like a major scam. Don't look into it.
