Hem... recording FFXIV and put it online, suggestions? ^^'

Trying to find the right place to post it without annoying a forum and I'm still asking if it was better in Tecnical Support xD

    But...
I recorded some PvP matches that I would like to share (Yep, cause I'm sooo cool that I want to make u see how many times I tanked the floor in less then 5 mins xD).

I used Nvidia Shadowplay and I have to admit that when it didn't crash it does it work very well xD
The video quality even if setted to "medium" is very high but for about 10-12 min of vid I have 2GB files and trying to upload them to youtube take almost 10hours with my connection.

Any suggestion on how can encode my videos mantainig a good quality for youtube, ora have I to abandon this hope and just decide if posting 1 high quality vid every day or spam some 480p videos? :P
(even software suggestion will be apreciated )

A lot of people use Handbrake. Me, I tend to just upload the raw video to YouTube and let their stuff encode it. But I'm lazy.

OBS, while meant as a streaming tool, can save to disk and woks pretty well. Setup is a bit of a pain but you only have to do it once... can easily record/broadcast to 480p or whatever. I hate FRAPS personally, but maybe they've improved in the years since I've used them.
