AFK FC with a housing plot.

On Ward 2, The Goblet in the Lich World there are two plots like that. They're close to the FC House of the company I'm member of and since they've been like that pretty much since I began to play, I was always wondering why no one has done anything about that? Or why the plots weren't freed and put on sale again after so much time has passed. I started playing in October, 2014.

It sounds like its coming at the same time as the moving feature, so I'm guessing they're going to preserve house contents for people who lose their housing due to these timeouts just like they do for someone who is moving their house. That'd be fair to all parties, imo.

A decay system would be great, but there's also the issue of plots not being available. I've also seen where 1 member has multiple houses in the same or different plots. Its bad enough the plots are expensive, as well as limited in size. SE also needs to come up with a new system for the plots. Have the houses be expandable based on meeting certain requirements. this will alleviate the issue of the plot size availability. FC want to expand the size, do a quest/mission, and the home expands.
