Are ex primal pony drops broken?

I had a group run 28 shiva runs in a row and not one pony drop. I thought they increased the drop rate of the whistles. Has anyone else noticed this today?

Unless it was blatantly stated in the patch notes that they adjusted the drop rates, they have remained the same the entire time.

I ran 21 Leviathan Ex runs with a PF group I hired before I got my horse, and this was four months ago. Sometimes RNG is just RNG.

I ran shiva ex 21 times last night and 3 whistles dropped. Three nights ago I ran Ifrit ex and everyone got a whistle by the 12th run

Nah, they aren't broken, the fact that thousands of players already have Shiva mount confirms that.

I farmed levi over 3 month for the axe... I got my pony at around 150 runs axe shortly after at around 160 and I still have no Leiathan card

Well nice to hear your inputs thanks I just thought it was weird to not see even one pony out of all those runs. I'm gonna go back to pony farming after Alex then thanks

I think Time Worm Peistskin Maps are broken I literally do 4 maps a day since I hit 60 a month a go no Bluebird or Hidden Maps. WTF I'm not joking I've done over 100 maps.

OMG Melodious you kept going after those 12 runs we did? Good lord that was just stupid! I can't believe you still didn't see a pony drop! I swear I've never seen it THIS unlucky. I guess I've just been lucky with others in the past? lol
