Pure White Dye?

So I have been doing quick exploration ventures since it became available and I have been doing them about every day (more or less) since pure white was introduced. I have tried to get the pure white dye for a long time now for some of my equipment and til this day I have not received a single one!


Is it possible that this dye will become available at other outlets in the future or will I go many more years before I see 1 (when I actually need at least 4 for any given set...)?

I have about 40ea of each rare dye now. you have to assign your retainers to a lot of quick exploration tasks. you'll probably get a few of them after spending 2-300 ventures.

If you invited a Friend with the recruit a friend campain, you can trade 1 Gold Feather for 5 Pure White dyes

the ilevel of your retainer is also important.
My retainer is at 170+ but i think i got my pure white dye + gold dye with ilevel 100.

What level does the retainers need to be?
I got one lv45 marauder and one level 25ish marauder.
Also is it bad to have two of the same class? I happen to have lots of war gear due to maining that before.

Must be the only one who finds it hilarious you have to play RNG hero to get DYE, we all begged for
after years. Then also put it behind some paywall lol. It's dye for God's sake.

i think it need to be ilv90+

and no but it helps to collect different resource if you have crafter or gatherer as retainer FYI.

The ilvl required is i80 from what I have read and my retainers are around i105.

I would love it if they made it a manderville reward, or something more concrete than just RNG...

They should put it into the Gold Saucer for 100MGP each, or increase the current RaF to 100 dyes for a feather. They're dyes, I find myself constantly switching colours around, especially dyeable weapons to fit the rest of my armour set. They shouldn't be something rare or obtainable in small amounts. .-.

I get them all the time on my retainers. Just need to do a log of quick explorations.
