I started a lvl 14 and i already checked my 50 they didnt make it impossible to solo you just have to change your strategy. It's not all zerg now its right gear right skills.

Don't mean to sound rude, but you're full of crap if you didn't notice mobs hitting harder at rank 14. I never said they made it impossible to solo, it's just painfully slow and inefficient now. It's not at ALL fun, and every single battle feels like an endless grind.

Maybe wear gear for your level? and it would hit less? if the optimal level is red then you shit out of luck. get yourself gear for your level and mob don't hit hard i'm on a 16 class without issue.

You are being rude if you need to start the sentence saying "Dont mean to sound rude", Gear for your class and rank set the right skill's and try out the patch abit longer.

Was enjoing the update some really great new stuff and so much to do, then decided to do some leves on my 28 thm, could barely complete a 1 star with mobs 2 levels above me. Was horrible, all my enjoyment suddenly disapeared and turned to rage when my the thm wepon attack did 8 dmg and wepon skill was barely worth using and the nukes doing 1/3 their original dmg. Massive nerf. Game just turned into FF11 for soloers, have fun. I just rage logged, cant handle nerfs like this, just pisses me off.

And dont say join a party. If that was the case, why the hell didnt they work on the party matching system before nerfing soloing like this.

1# are you wearing gear for your level? and fit your class? if not then that your issue the higher level you go the more gear matter.

Also you have to build to add the new gems and also get yourself some nice NM gear that are easy to kill if you have a higher class or a friend to help. gear matter now people start buying the gear the is around your level or your fucked i wish i knew this before buying some gear.

Who calling you a noob? not me i'm asking if you wearing gear out of your level that could be a issue. Don't put words in my mouth where they don't belong. Remember that 1.19 is just the start of fixing issue and your feedback would come to play in 1.19A.

I do say that leve are harder i agree with you on that even before 1.19 it was pointless to do them any lower then 5stars so you needed a party. Why they did this when leve should be casual i really don't know.

It's still F2P and pretty much beta if people are going to complain the least they can do is use there words and explain as much as they can about the issue they having. but na what people do on here is make pointless topic complaining at the dev for there mistake. "Not saying it you or the OP just saying overall this happen every dam patch."

No, I was pointing out that you were trying to "win" with a stupid comment like "Check please" or whatever it was, when clearly you gave wrong information. I was just calling you out because you were very wrong. Also, I'm not "cherry-picking" your ideas. I'm telling you that all your suggestions are either misinformation or not worth it. The only thing I didn't answer to was r1 leves. Sure you can spam them. Spam away for that 1-2k xp every 20 mins. Sure does sound like fun. Any other ideas you'd like me to help you out with?

maybe try linking chaining in a party and not solo? imo i thought that was the whole point of it to get people to party more

I'm glad partying got a boost. But not everyone wants to party all the time. Personally, I like partying. But I also like soloing. Now, I feel like I absolutely have to party to be effective, and that just sucks.

Wow, you just really can't please some people. Please note, Bartel, that you just responded again just as I am in defense and offense. No matter how you choose your words, it is still trying to "win" an argument. If you'd like, I will personally try all my suggestions and report back forthwith. I still have a rank 1 on this character that I can play around with. Which would you have me try, Archer, Marauder, or Pugilist? Please let me know and I'll let you know how it goes.

But remember, I'm bringing the right gear, food, and skills. I'm going to give it my all. Or is this sincere offer not enough to convince you that I strongly believe in a challenge? It wouldn't be much of one, though.

This patch is epic! I spent around 70 anima getting my damn chocobo for all of those copy-paste quests though... Then after that 15 fellow ls members took on a stronghold and were getting like 50k xp an hour not even trying to get xp... We were trying to kill flamefist. This patch made me actually want to play. SE encouraging party play vs solo play is a great thing imo
