MRD cooldowns not correct

Cooldown for Foresight is 30 sec but the cooldown timer ends after 20 secs and there is 10 secs where it looks like i can use it but it does not work for another 10 sec.

Same cooldown problem with bloodbath. timer goes for 33 sec but 45 sec cooldown

They should fix it by changing Forsight's cooldown to 20 secs and bloodbath to 30. Just saying.

If you were solo when the issue occurred, please write "Solo". If you were in a party, please write "Party". With alliance, please write "Alliance."
*If you wrote "Party" or "Alliance", please also include the number of members.

In-Game Time:
Please list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.

•What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
