    What level is needed to fish in Sea of Clouds?

    My fishing level is 50, I have the Sky fishing skill and 2 types of Sky fishing bait and when I try to fish in the right area I get a message you sense something below but don't know how to get it.

    you have to do the fisher quests. its the lvl 53 one for cloudfishing.
