well we dont know if its the game's fault or gpu driver issue but i agree that their engine is severly lacking for pc support. but the bottom line is that 30 fps is considered liquid. you dont need more than this for a slow paced rpg. now that the 30fps limiter is in place you can max out the game and not run into stutters. it also lowers gpu load and temps. this is also a perfect solution for multi-gpu rigs (which i have) because it eliminates micro stuttering.
