Weather effect suggestion

I think this game's weather are very cool. Its not make me bore while I'm playing this game everyday.
Could you make for more exciting and interesting weather like.
1. Thunder storm, player will have a very low chance get hit by Thunder strike and course that player to death or just a random damage.
2. Blizzard, sometime player will got Frostbite status.
3. Dust storm, player will get Blind effect or Bleed.
4. Umbral Static, player may got Shock effect or got hit by Thunder strike while he or she flying in the air.
5. Heat Waves, player will got Heavy effect because of heat.
In the other hand if the weathers are good like clear sky, player will get a random buff.

And a lot of effects from weathers according to real life.

Certainly an awesome idea, and may have been considered back in 2015.
Nowadays though people just want to get where they are going and be done with it, without worrying about if the weather is alright to travel in.

I'm all for increased weather effects, I'd really rather not see these things occur simply as chance elements or tack-ons, at which point several of these would be difficult to pull off. That's simple enough for Gales -- winds blow directionally through canyons, increasing flight speed down their paths and slowing it in the other direction -- or for Thunderstorms, where lightning strikes from from random areas above ground to hit the nearest surface (so, generally to hit high places) at ever-randomized intervals with players counting as a few meters taller than they are. But, Frostbite, or Heat Stroke? Those would require deeper systems of warmth or hydration, and yet it's currently perfectly fine to run around Western Coerthas in a bikini, or Southern Thanalan in the Glacial set.
