26 tokens (for the i180) for the MH tool is a lot. But .. what else are you going to use your RCS on while gearing your Gatherers in the i180 gear they get? It takes 9 weeks to get all of the i180 gear for any given Gathering class .. that's enough time for three of the Crafting class' MH tools. If you decide to do all three Gathering classes, that's more than enough RCS for all of your MH tools, with almost 4 weeks' worth of RCS left over for other stuff.

I didn't do the math, so thanks for doing it for me . It seems like every high end crafter will get the non craftable MHs, and I'll hop on that train.
