I didn't ask for that, and I hope they don't do it. Its the fact everyone thinks SE don't have the galls to try something new without resorting to easy options (Elezen Texture Remodeling) and Yoshi lied through his teeth saying Viera would be too similar to Miqotes when Au Ra looks friggen similar to female Hyurs and Elezens. We tell them not to do it, and try something out of the box......hm....combining lower and top models maybe?
Also VIERAAAAA

It's still a better option than just making yet another race that already looks similar to something else in the game and then calling it 'new' when it really isn't. Replace the ears with Elezen ears, make them a third clan, bam. You have 90% of what you want and no one can cry foul about it looking like something else, as it's supposed to look like an Elezen (though not like the two already in the game. It'd be a Midlander and Highlander type of dealio).
Viera are the elves if Ivalice.
Same for Male Aura and the Female Aura being similar to races but I don't see any clan options. Where are you getting at? Remove bunny ears and replace them with elf ears? Are you saying you don't want the Viera to look different than the other races? If you don't want Viera just say so. Alot of us do want them, in fact,It's still a better option than just making yet another race that already looks similar to something else in the game and then calling it 'new' when it really isn't. These models look alot better in my opinion. Claws on feet and hands, furry bunny ears, heightened ankles, all of it. Thats what I'm asking for. If they can't deliver most of it, then they should at least try. That clan thing doesn't even make sense. Suddenly bunny ears are inherited by elves? I'm no lore monger but what? If you want another elf ask else where. We're asking for Vieras.
Viera might be tall, but they look nothing like Elezen and to those that claim that they will run silly, I have to disagree. Male Au Ra is tall and runs similiar to the Male Mi'qote, so if they do add Viera, if the developers want to give them Elezen run, they will, but personaly, I reckon they will give them running/walking animation that fits their race.
This art, needs to be made into in a playable character.![]()
Just make all foot gear and hand gear for viera be defaulted to emperors new
You're not even reading what I wrote. "It's still a better option than just making yet another race that already looks similar to something else in the game and then calling it 'new' when it really isn't." What I'm implying here is that Au Ra were thrown into the game 'called new' when really they weren't and Viera would just be that. Yet another race 'called new' when it really isn't. I also highly doubt SE will remake gear just for Viera (they would need to do that for Miqo'te and Au Ra first. Tail and horn clipping) so they can keep their stiletto-heel feet and hands.
Sound familiar?Post-Tolkien elves tend to be more beautiful and wiser than humans, with sharper senses and perceptions. They are said to be gifted in magic, mentally sharp and lovers of nature, art, and song. They are often skilled archers.
Search for the Au Ra concept arts. Look at the midget waifus. Look at the concept arts. What...
I would not be surprised if the next race shared body type with lalas to create an illusion of diversity... short fat Viera bunnies, maybe with patches of fur here and there ^.^"
The main reason why the Party Finder is not working for the harder content and so many groups disband after few wipes is caused by the players who ignore the comments.
Getting to the phase XYZ once does not mean you are ready to join parties to do XYZ.
Parties should spend most of the time doing the phase that is written in the comment not trying to get there.
