PS4 Launcher black screen error

This started after I've done updating the game, it loads as usual, but the section where you input your username and password/one-time password doesn't show and there's a blank area instead. I've tried closing and opening the application, resetting my modem and reinstalling the game with no result. So if anyone got a solution, i'd be most gratful.

Not sure if its too late but I had the same problem but I fixed it just recently. For me the problem was that my date and time on my PS4 was not accurate. So i just went to settings, fixed it and I was able to log in

Hopefully this is the same for you and you didn't do that whole resetting PS4 thing just yet...

This happens to me sometimes too.

To fix it (at least what works for me)

1. click the "Worlds" button to check server stats. click close to return to the main login screen. this will kinda force it to refresh and hopefully it loads the user/password thing
or
2. close and re-open the game. hopefully it loads the user/password thing

Adjust the date to the proper date and it will fix it
For me i had to adjust my date and it fixed the problem i had no idea. i closed the game re-opened it noting so then i uninstalled and reinstall it no need to that
