Fix your pvp. Its one of the worst pvps in the mmo industry, even elder scrolls pvp is better then this. Faction based pvp is fine if you restrict the guild/fc's to the same faction for 1, for 2 your ques are non existent because its bloody awful. Nobody ques for arena, frontlines are utter garbage for ques too. If your going to have a mmo with pvp in it then either do it correctly or remove it from the game please.

You may have 4 million subs but seriously all the things that I'm outlining have been a problem since you released it. And the only response we get if any regarding them is some vague scripted response. It seems you are catering to the JP community with no regard to the EU/NA communities

You barely release any pvp maps instead you'd rather release what you call different pvp types, maybe people don't want a different type maybe they just want different maps. There needs to be more pvp content, you need to remove the grand company restriction for factions in pvp if you not going to restrict free companies to factions. Making people lose their pvp rank when switching factions is not cool since all the gear/rewards are exactly the same.

Your glamour system restriction is awful, what does it matter if people want to look like a dragoon or whatever?!? Seriously simple fix just make the weapons glamour restricted by class.

5 min cooldown timer on all potions?!!!? Seriously!!!??? They only last 15 seconds or heal you for not even a 3rd of your hp, same with magic potions. This needs to be fixed too!

I agree on the maps part. I would like to see some different areas, and it can easily be supported through the lore. Restricting us to Grand Companies is...well, I'm 50/50 on it. I understand why they did it, but it goes in the face of how they've tried to integrate players as much as possible. I actually had to switch GCs to play with some of my friends, so I lost all my benefits. And even then, not all of us could've ended up together. I think linking PvP to GCs is something that should be removed.

As for the glamour system, they explained the reason for this. They don't want, say, Warriors glamouring Dragoon gear on and ending up with first-time MMO players in a lower-level dungeon because it might confuse them. Next thing you know, we'll be seeing Dragoons trying to tank for us. I think it's a rather legitimate reason, especially considering how many players I've seen that did not understand why they needed soul gems in level 35 content. Not saying that I wouldn't like the option -- in fact, I would -- but I see their reasoning.

And for the potion cooldowns, well, any less than that and you wouldn't need healers as often.

Sorry I probably should have clarified when I was referring to potions. I meant when using them solo leveling.

You've been promising an API since the relaunch and we still have yet to see it almost 2 years later, only receiving scripted/vague responses.....D**k move square enix that's all I'm going to say.

We still only have 2nd LT in grand company ranks almost 2 years later.

There is nothing for people to do once they reach max gear/lvl and you don't give any incentive for rolling a new character and playing through it again.

Leveling alternate classes is more like a job than a game, story quests aren't even on a cool down timer....Seriously 1 quest every 5-10 levels? Well there is a slap in the face.

These are my rants and raves as well some serious stuff you need to work on. Thousands and I do mean thousands of people that play this game will probably agree. Other than the stuff above the game is solid but these things really do need to be addressed and worked on.

IT SEEMS YOU ARE CATERING TO THE JP COMMUNITY WITH NO REGARD TO THE EU/NA COMMUNITIES.

It's not any better on the Japanese servers if you're wondering. The devs are just incredibly stubborn and don't want to change things because "lore", even though the lore for it makes absolutely no sense.
