If you're a melee dps it's a buff refresh, or stacks. If you're ranged dps it's wtever they do I'm not even getting into it. Tanks get the same garbage but a different idea. It's almost like they didn't try, they found one or two ideas and just blanketed everything with it.
Chalk this up to their self-imposed UI limitations. I've yet to see them introduce a new resource system, for example, because it seems that to them every job has to have only TP and MP.
