As you can see I've unlocked astrologian so I've gotten to heavensward. And my Scholar which I abandoned right when I unlocked the expansion is lvl 51.
100 quests at 4,800 XP gives you 480k. Not counting for the mobs you are killing for these quests and the roulettes you should be doing daily since they easily give you 100k per.

It is story, not a power leveling spree. It's not meant to boost you to say...55.

You'll end up somewhere in the mid 52 range.
