Gilgamesh hunt linkshell? How please
Hello,

I'm fairly new at all this stuff. How do I get into a linkshell for hunts?

What do I do exactly because this is my first go at it lol. Please help

The only ways I can think of is to either:
1. Shout out for an invite when hunting and hope they give you and invite.
2. Put something up in the PF looking for one.
3. Ask around other players.

If you're on gilgamesh, there's a hunt LS called American Steak Theory, aka AST or steak. The way it works, is if you want to actively hunt for a time, ask a leader for an inv. Then when you're done hunting, just leave the LS until you hunt again. That way, everyone who is in LS is actively hunting, so easy to find a hunt group, and find out hunt locations. They have a website www.steaktheory.com, click on one of the mirror sites, and you can find a link to list of leaders.

Hunt marks can spawn anywhere in their area, they don't have a set spot. Except for Hellsclaw A rank in East La Nos, which will only spawn on the west wide aka Wineport side. It will not spawn on Costa Del Sol side of map.

As for hunting itself, basically there's B ranks, A ranks and S ranks. 'B' ranks are only worth killing if you have the weekly hunt bill, they don't give anything if you don't have the bill. 'A' ranks spawn every 3-5 hours, and 'S' ranks window opens around 60-80ish hours after previous one killed.

A ranks don't spawn at a set time. Basically, after a particular A rank is killed, a set time will go by and then their window will open up again with a chance to spawn. If after 1 hour (or 2 hours for Heavensward A ranks) they haven't spawned, it will force spawn.

S ranks have a longer respawn time. Once their window opens, players have to try and 'trigger' the S rank. Each S rank hunt mark has a different trigger, and doing the trigger has a chance to spawn it.
