Can't Hand-In Completed Quests

Hi there,

I am currently playing the game, and I had to stop for three days because I can't seem to hand in any quests. Even though it states I can, I talk to the NPC in regards to this, and all it shows is:

The quest is completed, but I cannot click on the "Complete" Button. It's shaded in as if I didn't complete it.

I can't abandon the quest, and I contacted the staff in regards to this... But I haven't been responded to, and this is the first time I've had to do it.

What do I do?

Are you sure you're the "right level" to hand in the quest. You can actually complete the quest at lowers level or on a higher level character and if you try to hand it in on a lower level character you are not allowed to.

Have you chosen a reward? If there are multiple rewards in for your quest, you have to select one before you can click on the "Complete" button.

I'm a green icon, and it says I can hand it in... It's just odd because I never ran into this problem!

I did try to click on a reward, but it wouldn't even let me accept.

One was an armor piece with a potion included, and then the other one was two armor sets.

I think at this rate, I'm going to redownload the entire game. T . T Goodbye most of my day.

What quest is it?

It was the first Guild leve quest, and then the other one was the main storyline quest. I was about to unlock the dungeon for it... It's the one in Thanalan.
