The Healer role is all about saving people when a lot of damage is going out and keeping them in the fight so the LB should be by role they just need to rethink and tweak it a bit. Not that I expect it any time soon since they are so obsessed with making pretty DPS LB's.
That's the problem though, it's currently useless and it's very, very, very unlikely they'll make it useful because too many people would complain it's overpowered. I'm a SCH and I'd dearly love a decent healing LB3 but it just isn't going to happen where we get raise, HP & MP restore (even if just 15%) & the essential invulnerability (to counteract the animation lock). That's what we'd need to make the current version useful.
