Omg yea Lancer is like the most boring pre class ever, but then you have Dragoon which is a big step up yes you will be pressing a million buttons and changing position for max DPS but its sooooo worth it but be warned DRG can make or break you cause if your rotations are bad your DPS will be realllllly bad but if you take the time and learn the rotations you will be golden and most of the time the highest DPS close to a BLM or SMN.
