I believe it should be more of a class quest thing, there would be very few but would enhance your class and give options
Class reward would be fine as long as they allow it to be customizable, similar to relics. Taking AST as an example, having a deck that offers, say, +10% to drawing one particular card and -10% to drawing another card or -5% to drawing two cards, etc., would allow for a huge variety of possible decks while enriching the bland substat system we currently have. Like maybe during progression, you want to draw more Ewers but during farm runs, you want more Balance, so having an off-hand you can modify at a whim (e.g. sphere scrolls) would be nice. I don't know, just throwing out random ideas, but there's a lot of potential if they implement it correctly.
