Of course but not at the expense of the older fanbase.
You don't disrespect the veterans just to bring in new players. That loses them revenue as well. Just because you want it doesn't mean you deserve it.
Oh my mistake XD Yes, it was 9.99.Originally Posted by Rannie

Just waiting for people to ask for adding their names to the 2.0 credits from MogShop... >.>
If you didn't play 1.0, tough luck. You don't deserve the rewards 1.0 players had...seriously..
Well it just seems a bit weird for things to be exclusive, there's no reason to bar content from customers who actively want it. It's not like it's hidden behind some big grind or hard boss, it's just simply 100% inaccessible, and that can be sort of demoralizing to new players knowing from the word go they can't possibly achieve everything.
Build a time machine there I gave you a way now get to work.
And no no one in life is able to achieve everything. Some things will always remain inaccessible to people.
So wait...you throw the "special snowflake" card around after posting this little gem?
It doesn't matter how many cut scenes you watched, how much lore you read up on or how much money you want to throw at SE...you do not deserve the Legacy Tattoo as you are not a Legacy player. You were not there, you did not play the game at that time thus you do not deserve ANY of the perks that are a remnant of 1.0.So you would discredit my entire RP character on the simple fact that I meta IRL did not know that the game existed a few years ago? That is quite extremely limiting. I watched a lot of cutscenes from 1.0 and read up on the past lore. As far as I care, my character was there. If it is more money SE wants, then let me retroactively pay for the time missed by buying it in the cash shop.
I realize some players enjoy the whole RP thing, but I honestly can't believe somebody would use that as a reason why SE should allow for an exclusive item to be added to the cash shop.
This is coming from somebody who played 1.0...I missed the Legacy campaign due to my real life being too busy due to work, but you don't see me complaining about a tattoo.
Player
I don't have Legacy status but seriously, no. Players who have this mark deserve it. It proves they given 1.0 a go and did technically pay for it. Sure I would love it and the Legacy chocobo but I wouldn't have earned those things so yea no. Its special and exclusive to players who been there since 1.0 and it should stay that way.
[FC] Devil May Cry (Ragnarok) is recruiting new members! Send a /tell to Arekkusu Takahashi in-game to apply! http://devilmaycry.guildwork.com/
The only thing I want to see is the mark to be added account wide rather than single characters, granted the Legacy chocobo is account wide so I can be glad about that. But let us not bring that in otherwise people will want that as well.

Actually yes. Yes I would you weren't there.
You didn't suffer with us.
You did not kill the White Raven ( in 1.0 ).
You wernt there to go threw all the lag the horrable unstability.
You weren't there when getting from point A to point B was an adventure in its self.
So no your back story for role play reasons is a joke.
The tattoo didn't require any monetary expense outside of buying the initial game and making a character. I never paid for any sub time and I didn't even know about the legacy campaign until it was too late to start paying for it and yet my original character still has the tattoo.Incorrect. We paid for the existing game then to get the legacy status on our accounts (Thus the chocobo, $10 a month for life and the legacy marking for our prime character), we had to pay $15 a month for 3 non-concurrent months for a limited time frame.
If people didn't do this, you missed out.
The tattoo was literally just for existing during 1.0. You could have made a character on day one and never played it after that and they would have gotten the tattoo.
With this character's death, the thread of prophecy remains intact.
