Adding Legacy Tattoo to Mog Station

I'd like for legacy rewards to be account-wide though.

This. I am a 1.0 player myself. When ARR came out i started over on an EU server because I'm from europe and my 1.0 char was on an US server and I experienced quite some lag because of it. But this meant I lost all my 1.0 goodies I'd love for these rewards to be account wide

As much as I like giving people more options and also further supporting SE, I think things like the tattoo and other rewards (legacy chocobo, the original gobbue, etc) that were intended to be exclusive thank-yous to people who played 1.0 should remain exclusive only because SE usually went out of their way to say they would be. Now items that became "exclusive" just by virtue of the game going defunct are free game to me, but things that were clearly a reward for playing through garbage should be off limits.

I think the issue is more along the lines of "hey I want my new Au Ra to have the legacy Tattoo I have on my Miqo'te"

If someone was indeedy on a legacy server, and they are still using that account, they "could" reasonably have the Tattoo and Chocobo added. Like I actually had two characters during V1.0 but only one of them was carried over to V2.0. But I think the number of players this would qualify for is so few to not be worth SE's Developers time.

Yeah to be fair, there is a pressing need for more varities in the tattoo department in general.

This is a thread about putting tattoos on the mogstation . having you say .".what about making it free " doesn't Make sense. With that said, I would suggest you say that instead of having the OP telling us "put more tattoos options on mogstation lets make tattoos that are not legacy tattoo free and accessable when we create a character."

Well it just seems a bit weird for things to be exclusive, there's no reason to bar content from customers who actively want it. It's not like it's hidden behind some big grind or hard boss, it's just simply 100% inaccessible, and that can be sort of demoralizing to new players knowing from the word go they can't possibly achieve everything.

It's exclusive because we are the players who stuck by SE when XIV was a struggling game. We paid money for XIV back when the game wasn't even good enough to be paying money for. We earned our stripes because we didn't want XIV to fail and thus SE to go down with it.

Too bad, so sad for the new players who are just now coming onto the XIV bandwagon. If you wanted it so bad, you should have played 1.0. The new players that want it, only want it because it IS exclusive and special. Too late.

I wish I would have known 1.0 existed or I would have. I did not even know that SE made MMOs until 2.0 came out
