    I'm downloading the patch from the link provided now but has anyone been able to play with this patch provided?

    I downloaded a megaupload file from Zam but have yet to get it to work.
    It's showing it in the downloads of the ffxiv folder but dont know how to start it

    Put the patch file inside this folders and start the game, it should work.

    C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV\downloads\ffxiv\48eca647\patch
    Thats for Vista/Win 7

    I'm downloading the link that was on this page and ill try it again and see what happens.

    Should I have anything in the Downloads already?

    Also do I add everything thats in the download? OR just the D2011.10.01.0000
