    Hermes shoes not appearing in new character's inventory

    In-Game Time: I don't know
    Steps:
    1. Create a new character with the Herme's shoes item tied to an account.
    2. When the tutorial is finished, open the inventory, you will find the shoes are not there.

    You need to be sure your XI accounts are still active. If you didn't reactivate them following the transfer to the SE system back in June or July, you won't be able to get the shoes. That might not be the case here but it's essentially what happened to me.
