[Request] Garlean Headpiece Item

Would it be possible to get an item that looks somewhat like the Garlean third eye? Perhaps just a forehead gem that is dyable, so it could look somewhat like the third eye if it were white, or like a ruby forehead gem if dyed red, or emerald if green, etc. That way it could be multifunctional.

Having an item that somewhat looks like the third eye would be nice for roleplayers of Garlean characters, and having it dyable as a head jewel would look nice for other uses as well.

How would you roleplay as a Garlean when True Garlensn can't use Aether at all? No magic or any use of power wrought from crystals? I think that would only leave Machinest or Marauder as a viable class choice?

I actually have a garlean character of mine who has none of the magic classes unlocked, or any of the potentially magic classes unlocked (like monk with chakras and whatnot). He is purely for RP not raiding or anything of that nature, and any aether teleports I do are for meta convenience, not other aspect of him uses aether or magic.

Us FemRoes have a forehead gem you can change the colour of. It has a little design around it though.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be able to teleport either. Or be a chosen of hydalyen.

Also the headpiece would not mean the character is a 'real' Garlean. It would be simply for player aesthetics/RP imagination, or be used as a forehead gem if it is able to be dyed (or just a white gem)

There are quite a few Garlean rpers on Balmung, and I would imagine other servers where RP occurs.

Although-- I am not sure of lorewise it is said that a Garlean cannot have the echo/be allied with Hydaelyn? Neither of these rely on aether use to my knowledge. I have not seen evidence for or against it myself, but that is a different topic.

If there are any true-born Garleans with the Echo, then I would imagine life would be extremely unpleasant for them - in 1.0 Echo-users were actively persecuted by the Empire (because of the Echo ability to understand the Beastmen, and thus the Empire regarded those who could communicate with the beast tribes as a beastmen themselves, and therefore a heretic to be hunted down and executed).

Even here in ARR, the Empire now would just incarcerate them and use them as a glorified lab rat to understand the secrets of the Echo (specifically, how it renders a person immune to Primal influence/tempering) - after all this is why

No, I don't think if there is any Garleans who are awoken to the Echo - if there was, they most definitely would have been discovered long ago and imprisoned in research facilities - what happened to the Waking Sands more or less proves that.

That's the Legionary Visor, and it doesn't just drop there. It drops from generic Garlean soldier type mobs which are found all over Eorzea, such as Cape Westwind in Western Thanalan, and the Sylphlands in the East Shroud. It's a fairly common drop too, given the fact the item is rather worthless other than glamour and therefore is just junk.
