Map cannot be seen or used.

Re-posting this bug, its been two weeks and still no fix or feedback. Please I am hoping there is a way to make the map normal again anybody got any ideas?

So here it is when I open it,


When I try clicking on it or bringing up the world map it goes away and all I can see is the x and y axis,

I cannot move or re size it either, every time I click on it to do anything it goes away
